Right to Withdraw: You are free to engage in counselling services I provide voluntarily until you see fit. You have the right to withdraw from the process at any moment.

Confidentiality: All interactions with counselling services, including scheduling of or attendance at appointments, the content of your sessions, progress in counselling, and your records are confidential. No record of counselling is contained in any academic, educational, or job placement file. During session, therapist writes notes for self-record and those are kept for a few years before they are securely destroyed. Confidentiality will be broken, if found to be in danger for self or others.

Please understand, this service is completely professional one. Any contact outside therapy, apart from scheduling the sessions is prohibited. Any inappropriate behaviour will be met with legal action. It's not acceptable to call a therapist for unnecessary reasons/ to give updates etc.
